Celtic Woman
October 7, 2007 by The Mariner

From evergreen lands you come
Tall, pure, and beautiful; you
From the lands of dreams
The lands of fantasy and hope
Pale goddess of a forgotten realm
Celtic woman, pagan goddess
Ray of moonlight for me
Bathed in pure white light
Dressed in undying spring
Adorned with flowers and love
Flowers and love from many
Many of us, women and men
Just for you, Celtic woman
Pagan goddess of my dreams
Queen of all there is.
From the brook she was born
From the mountain she was told
From the sea her tears come
And so do mine when she cries
Just like the rest of us.
Celtic woman, Celtic lover
Moonlight of our souls
Celtic Goddess, Celtic moon
My heart and love I give
To the queen of this dream
Lady Evergreen from the sun
To your Irish eyes I bow
In your eyes I stand, to see
From this new world, the next
And to forever be with thee.
